Ratia processes the personal data of its customers and their employees (data subject) in relation to the customer relationship or potential customer relationship, for the preparation or performance of a contract, and the performance of obligations related thereto. Data are also processed for the purposes of marketing communications.
Data are recorded for example in connection with invitations to tender when the data subject transacts business at our office, orders a newsletter or takes part in a marketing campaign or survey. The processed data have been received from the customer or the data subject themselves for the purpose of taking care of a matter or acquired for marketing purposes.
